We, here at MEG are so thankful for a generous community that supports the arts.  Here is how we tried to give back to our community in 2017:

    1. We hosted over 600 local high school students at our production of TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD for free.  No  charge was applied to the students or the schools.

    2.  We led educational talk-backs with students of Washington County to discuss the importance of the themes presented in TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD.

    3.  We provided our annual Shakespeare in the Park production in June/July that was free to all ages, and had our largest Shakespeare audiences to date!

    4. We performed our elementary school touring show IF ONLY THE LONELY WERE HOME for over 1800 Washington County Elementary schools students for free.  No  charge was applied to the students or the schools.

    5.  We provided carolers for downtown events for the City of Hagerstown.
